300 Block of Hudson, Bakersfield, CA- A call was received for thick black smoke and horse stables on fire on the 300 block of Hudson this afternoon. Fire crews were faced with a quick moving fire that had destroyed horse stables in the rear of a house. The fire quickly spread to a trailer in the yard next door. Firefighters made an aggressive attack and quickly extinguished the fire. They were
able to stop the fire from reaching either of the two properties. Many out buildings were also saved.
